These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PodClip ("the Service"), a tool for creators to generate and publish short-form video clips. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
PodClip helps creators create short video clips from publicly available podcast videos and publish approved clips to their own connected social media accounts, including TikTok.
Each user connects their own social media account to the Service. You must own or be authorized to use any account you connect, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs through your connected accounts.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms and policies of any third-party platforms it connects to, including TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. You agree not to use the Service to post content that infringes the rights of others or violates any applicable law.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish through the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use and publish any source material processed by the Service.
The Service relies on third-party APIs, including TikTok and AI providers. Your use of those features is also subject to the respective providers' terms. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
